Evolution of a Criminal

For Houston police, a 1997 armed bank robbery was an open-and-shut case. For filmmaker Darius Clark Monroe, the incident still warrants further investigation. While he’s served his time, the emotional wounds inflicted on his victims and his family have left lasting scars. [Synopsis courtesy of LA Film Festival]
