Oscilloscope Laboratories has acquired all North American rights to Lotfy Nathan's debut feature "12 O'Clock Boys," fresh off the documentary's world premiere at SXSW. The film is next slated to screen at the Hot Docs and Full Frame Documentary festivals. O-Scope have yet to announce a release date.
