Synopsis: A film inspired by Italy's obsession with the reality TV show ‘Grande Fratello’ (the country’s version of ‘Big Brother’). Starring Claudia Gerini, Ciro Petrone and Arturo Gambardella it tells the story of a fish merchant from Naples whose infatuation with ‘Grande Fratello’ leads him to live his life as if he is a star on the show. Since the real life show is broadcast by ex president Silvio Berlusconi's Mediaset network, you have to wonder how far into the media establishment Garrone's tentacles will reach.
