OK, the deal is... look... this isn't going to win any prizes or anything, but hey... as someone's mother once said, "it's how you looked..." Director Tariq Teguia ("Rome Rather Than You") wasn't really having it, but we're sure his film is terrific aaaannnnnnd--he was darting out of the Kodak dinner for his screening with Film Society of Lincoln Center chief Richard Pena (he's lookin' like he's up for it though) at New Directors/New Films last week.
