Actress Jennifer Tilly lent some glam last weekend at the International Emerging Talent Film Festival in Monaco where she served as a juror. The festival, headed by Marco Orsini (left) and Max Ryerson, is trying to provide a platform for new talent, especially from countries with nascent film industries.
