Filmmakers Nina Davenport ("Operation Filmmaker") and Doug Pray ("Surfwise") hung out with doc jurors AJ Schnack (left) who won the prize in '06 for his film, "Kurt Cobain: About a Son" and True/False Film Festival co-head, David Wilson (right). The four chilled out in the filmmaker lounge near the Denver Film Festival's main venue where filmmakers and other guests could enjoy spicy bloody marys (and other drinks) plus snacks and riveting conversation. Note to skeptics: both "Surfwise" and "Operation Filmmaker" were not in this year's doc competition, so all was on the up-and-up here.
