"Brokeback Mountain" stars Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams worked the red carpet Tuesday night (December 6, 2005) at the Loews Lincoln Square for the New York premiere of the film, directed by Ang Lee. The screening started an hour late and guests had to wait in the freezing weather to get their tickets, but all was worth it... the film is terrific, and many were chatting up its Oscar potential, especially for Heath. Following the screening, guests were shuttled downtown to nightspot The Park for the party. The invite said "no cameras allowed" but we did notice quite a few going off.
