Touting change and praising Sundance's history of spearheading new talent, founder Robert Redford and festival director Geoff Gilmore unofficially launched Sundance '08 festivities Thursday afternoon at the Egyptian Theater on Main Street in Park City with a press conference. They also introduced director Martin McDonagh (center) whose action/comedy "In Bruges" from Focus Features is the opening screening Thursday night.
