Director Anocha Suwichakornpong (“Mundane History”), Pedro Gonzalez-Rubio (“Alamar”) and Paz Fábrega (“Agua fria de mar”) took the VPRO Tiger Awards at the International Film Festival Rotterdam Friday evening in The Netherlands.
