Charlize Theron Looking Good as a "Young Adult" at NY Screening

Oscar winner Charlize Theron looked like her typically stunning self at a special screening of her latest, "Young Adult," hosted by The Cinema Society and Dior Beauty last Friday, November 18. In the dark comedy, penned by Diablo Cody ("Juno") and directed by Jason Reitman ("Up in the Air"), Theron has a hoot as a teen novelist who goes back to her hometown to seduce her ex-boyfriend. Problem is, he's happily married and just had a kid. Theron, along with Cody and her scene stealing co-star Patton Oswalt, mingled with guests at the intimate screening at the Tribeca Grand Hotel. Reitman joined in on the fun at the after party, held at The Double Seven, where guests, including Courtney Love, Tony Danza and James Marsden, sipped on yummy Grey Goose cocktails.
