At lunch yesterday in Montevideo, Uruguay—attending this year’s Miami International Film Festival Abroad program in the city—are progammer Monika Wagenberg with Uruguyan filmmaker Federico Veiro (Acné) and Argentine producer Hernán Musaluppi (“Gigante,” “Whisky”).
