Brining On the Rendez Vous with "Paris 36"

The Film Society of Lincoln Center opened its annual Rendez Vous with French Cinema series in a sparkling new and fabulous Alice Tully Hall Thursday night with a screening of Christophe Barratier's "Paris 36," opening the event's 14th edition. Eighteen films are premiering in the series, which continues through March 15 in New York. Following the screening, guests joined an amazing spread of desserts and champagne. Guests commented on the great array with everything from creme brulee to Kit Kats. And joining the fun were "Paris 36"'s director Christophe Barratier with actress Nora Arnezeder and the Film Society of Lincoln Center's executive director, Mara Manus.
