"I'm a big fan of Woody Allen's, especially the early comedies," "Cold Souls" director Sophie Barthies (pictured with her personal and professional partner, "Souls" cinematographer Andrij Parekh) said in Karlovy Vary. "I can watch them over and over. The night before having that inspiring dream I watched 'Sleeper,' and I make lots of references to it in the film.
