"The Maid" Hanging at IFC

Sebastian Silva's "The Maid" (La Nana) had a good ride, picking up a Golden Globe nomination and Spirit Award nomination for Best Foreign Language film. It also won the "Breakthrough Award" for actress Catalina Saavedra (who also won a nod at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival where it debuted). The Chilean film also took Sundance's Best World Cinema - Dramatic prize among the other nods at events around the world. Here, Silva gives some love to Kim Jose of Elephant Eye Films, which released the film as they checked out the IFC tent ahead of the awards ceremony.
