    SF Film Society Gives $425,000 in Grants to 9 Films

    The San Francisco Film Society has announced $425,000 in grants spread over nine projects, made in partnership with the Kenneth Rainin Foundation. The grants have gone to Peter Nicks ("The Waiting Room"), Aurora Guerrero ("Mosquita y Mari"), and Ira Sachs ("Keep the Lights On") amongst others.
