    Wong Kar Wai has been named the Jury President of the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival, it was announced today. The "Chungking Express" and "In The Mood For Love" director follows Werner Herzog (2010), Isabella Rosselini (2011) and Mike Leigh (2012) in the role.
