    As the 2010 Census has predicted, the Latino population has grown to over 30% in San Diego County and is the fast-growing population in U.S.. What better way to CELEBRATE & spotlight this new data & sweeping change in our Country, than at the 2011 San Diego Latino Film Festival in its 18th year.
