Watch: Harry Potter Gets The Richard Linklater Treatment In 'Boyhood' Parody Trailer 'Potterhood'

As you've probably heard by now, there are few films like Richard Linklater's "Boyhood." A coming-of-age story that was literally shot as the lead actor, Ellar Coltrane, came of age, the director filmed the movie for a few days, over the course of a dozen years, putting together a unique cinematic s...

J.K. Rowling Says Hermione Should've Ended Up With Harry Potter, Not Ron Weasley

Even though the saga is over, and J.K. Rowling has long determined that the adventures of Harry Potter is over, she can't perhaps help but tinker and wonder. Review: 'Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows, Part 1' Is A Satisfying Chapter All Its Own

And We Can't Wait For Part 2You're just a few minutes into "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1," when it becomes explicitly clear that, no matter how much the other entries in the franchise have flirted with "darkness," this will be a completely different experience. In the scene, Hermione (Emma Watson) is seen at her parents' home. Her parents, as we know, are human (or "Muggles") and therefore not entirely clued in to the apocalyptic doom that's been gathering, like very literal storm clouds, in the magical world. To protect her parents, she waves her wand over them, and she is instantly erased from all of the family photos. She's...
