New Images & International Poster For 'Resident Evil: Retribution' Confirms It Will Be Like The Other Ones

It would appear as if Milla Jovovich and Kate Beckinsale have created some sort of cinematic tag team of women in tight leather outfits battling supernatural forces at the megaplex. After Beckinsale knocks out her requisite “Underworld” film every couple years, Jovovich seems to follow s...

Watch: 'Resident Evil: Retribution' Teaser Trailer Reveals Alice's World Involves Lots Of Sony Products

Product placement in movies is nothing new, but has there ever been a teaser trailer so obviously constructed as a piece of advertising as the one for "Resident Evil: Retribution"?

Michelle Rodriguez Was Apparently In A 'Resident Evil' Movie, Returning For 'Retribution'

We're not sure that there's a single franchise out there that's cheaper and more joyless than "Resident Evil." The video-game adaptation is now a decade, and four entries, old, and has continued to add literally nothing to the zombie genre, the action movie genre and the cinematic artform in general. But with the last film, "Resident Evil: Apocalypse," proving by far the biggest entry in the series, taking nearly $300 million worldwide, there's no end in sight, and original helmer Paul W.S. Duh: Milla Jovovich & Paul W.S. Anderson Returning For 'Resident Evil: Retribution'

Sienna Guillory Won't Be BackWe may not understand the love the "Resident Evil" franchise has, but money doesn't lie. Now four films strong, each entry in the series has made more than the last (not unlike the "Final Destination" franchise) with last year's 3D effort "Resident Evil: Afterlife" takin...

George Clooney's 'Ides Of March' Arrives On October 14th; 'Resident Evil 5' Hits Sept 14, 2012

With shooting already underway on George Clooney's political drama "The Ides of March," Sony already has Oscar in their eyes (and are avoiding a potential marketing hiccup) by moving the film from the previously scheduled December 2011 bow to an October 14, 2011 release. In what we imagine will be a platform release (and pretty much guaranteeing a TIFF premiere for the film), the movie will run up against some major heavyweights that weekend including "The Big Year" with Steve Martin, Jack Black and Owen Wilson, the remakes of "Footloose" and "The Thing," as well as the 3D swashbuckler "The Three Musketeers." The move out of December will al...
