Bill Nighy & Danny Huston Confirmed For 'Clash of the Titans 2' As The First Synopsis Arrives

'Eastern Promises' Scribe Steven Knight Rewrote Script, Gemma Arterton Nowhere To Be SeenIt's almost exactly a year since "Clash of the Titans" opened, overcoming some tough competition, a beyond-shoddy 3D conversion and terrible reviews to pick up a hugely impressive half-billion dollars worldwide. While filming has been underway for a few weeks in the U.K. on the yet-to-be-officially-titled sequel ("Wrath of the Titans" has been bandied about, but never confirmed), Warner Bros has sent out a press release to officially announce the start of principle photography, and it's confirmed a few cast members, as well as giving the first detailed de...

Speculation surrounding Zack Snyder's "Superman" shifted direction earlier this week when it was revealed that Alice Eve, Diane Kruger and Rosamund Pike were all vying for a lead female role in the film that was not Lois Lane (though yes, despite some confusion, that character will still be in the f...

Rosamund Pike & Diane Kruger In Talks For Justin Chadwick's 'The Godmother'

EXCLUSIVE: It's not easy maintaining a career after you've been a Bond girl: just ask Maud Adams, Izabella Scorupco or Denise Richards. If you can find them, that is. Even the likes of Halle Berry and Eva Green haven't found their career paths the easiest since they teamed up with 007. One actress who's firmly bucked the trend is Rosamund Pike, who, following her role as ice maiden Miranda Frost in "Die Another Day," went on to a key role in Joe Wright's "Pride & Prejudice." It's only in the last few years that she's really come into her own, however, with a show-stealing performance in "An Education" being followed this year by two excellent...

Review: 'Made in Dagenham' is Your Standard Pre-Oscar Crowd Pleaser

Unlike its bold heroines, "Made in Dagenham" doesn't break any new ground. But just because it's treading the familiar waters of "Norma Rae," "The Full Monty," and director Nigel Cole's own "Calendar Girls" and "Saving Grace," doesn't mean that it's not an enjoyable diversion, particularly if you're looking for something to watch with the middle-aged woman in your life. "Made in Dageham" is inspiring in that (wo)man-against-the-world sort of way, and its talent and historical basis are compelling enough that you don't have to feel guilty. Sally Hawkins (so great in "Happy-Go-Lucky" and, well, everything) is sympathetic but strong as Rita O'G...
