    "Selma" Lands An Oscar Friendly Date, "Bourne" Moves Out, "Compton" Moves In, and Other Release Schedule Changes

    The Martin Luther King Jr film, "Selma", has been given a limited release date of Christmas Day before going wide on January 9th by Paramount.     Universal Switches Out The Next "Bourne" For F. Gary Gray's N.W.A. Biopic

    Universal has decided to delay Justin Lin's untitled Jason Bourne sequel from next summer to July 15th, 2016. The company did, however, announce an August 14, 2015 slot for "Straight Outta Compton" from director F. Gary Gray.
