The nominations for the 75th annual Academy Awards were announced this
morning in Los Angeles with “Chicago” receiving thirteen, including best
picture, director, actress, supporting actress, supporting actor. Also
receiving nominations was “Talk to Her” in the best director category for
Pedro Almodovar as well as original screenplay. The complete list is
