Five New Albums Worth Your Dime

Five New Albums Worth Your Dime

1. …And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead, Worlds Apart (Austin art-rockers return with an epic blend of prog and punk.)

2. The Game, The Documentary (Dr. Dre and 50 Cent’s new protege piles on fantastic rhymes with the memorable beats he’s given. The year’s first great hip-hop album.)

3. Low, The Great Destroyer (Indie rock mainstays go uptempo with some help from The Flaming Lips’ producer. Guess what? They sound just as good and just as raw.)

4. Luna, Rendezvous (A suitable and sweet swan song for this classic college rock outfit.)

5. The Delays, Faded Seaside Glamour (Okay, this is not “new” but I just discovered it. A great release from last year that should be sought out by fans of the Cocteau Twins or Interpol.)
