Going to Jamaica?

Well, it looks like I am. I’ve been craving another beach excursion this summer, and it looks like I’ve found one. Chris Blackwell, the legendary founder of Island Records and Palm Pictures, has created a companion event to his pre-existing Goldeneye Film Festival. This one is called the Flashpoint Film & Music Festival, an event dedicated to showcasing new Jamaican arts. The festival is set to debut July 30 and 31 in Negril.
