"Look Both Ways" and "Encounter Point" Take Audience Nods at SFIFF

Australian director Sarah Watt‘s drama “Look Both Ways” and American directors Ronit Avni and Julia Bacha‘s doc “Encounter Point” won the audience awards at the 49th San Francisco International Film Festival, which concluded Thursday. As previously announced, Austrian director Michael Glawogger‘s “Workingman’s Death” and Chinese director Ying Liang‘s “Taking Father Home” won the fest’s Golden Gate prizes for best documentary and best first narrative feature awards respectively.
