HIFF 2006.2: 'Lost' on Oahu

The big first night activity at the Hawaii International Film Festival was a DJ set by hip-hop producer Dan the Automater, which included a fun set of old-school dance tunes. But, the first “big” event at the festival, was probably the Lost seminar, dedicated to the making of ABC’s popular series. The show films on Oahu’s North Shore, and the panel was an entertaining look at how, after three seasons, this mysterious series has taken the nation by storm. Otherwise, Kal, Elvis, and I have just been watching lots of movies. Some quick pics of the last few days:
