Clever "Knights of Prosperity" Rises Above Typical TV Dreck

The Knights of Prosperity” is a new sitcom by “Ed” creators Rob Burnett and Jon Beckerman about a ragtag group of blue collar New Yorkers who, led by “The Tao of Steve‘s” Donal Logue, attempt to rob Mick Jagger’s apartment. It’s a fun, witty show with a clever throwback to 70’s heist films that offers a welcome respite from all the annoying reality shows and tired laugh track addled sitcoms found on network television.

If you haven’t seen it, that is probably because its been going head to head with the ratings monolith “American Idol.” ABC has thankfully switched it to Wednesdays at 8:30pm, and you can also see all the past episodes for free on ABC’s website .

Anyway, if that is not enough reason to watch, Back and Forth FilmsJeff Israel does post-production duties on the show. So check it out. You’ll like it. I promise.
