Peter Adee Appointed Marketing Exec at Overture Films

Overture Films has named Peter Adee president, Worldwide Theatrical Marketing, Distribution and New Media, Overture Films CEO Chris McGurk and COO Danny Rosett announced recently. Adee will be responsible for all marketing, advertising, promotions, and publicity for Overture Films, using traditional as well as new media outlets. Adee has been integral in the theatrical marketing campaigns “Die Another Day” when he headed marketing at MGM, “A Beautiful Mind,” and “The Fast and the Furious” at Universal Pictures, “The Prince of Egypt” for DreamWorks as well as such blockbusters as “The Lion King” and “Beauty and the Beast” while at Walt Disney Co.
