Hazards of the Job

Hazards of the Job

In Edinburg, Texas (about 40 minutes from where I grew up), a warehouse burned to the ground. The warehouse was full of pot:

It took more than 35 firefighters, 1,000 gallons of water and five gallons of chemical suppressant to extinguish the warehouse blaze on Wednesday, Fire Chief Shawn Snider said.

35 firefighters for one warehouse? Something tells me there must have been a few extra guys eager to be on the scene. And, 1,000 gallons of water? That’s a lot of cotton mouth. I would’ve LOVED to be a fly on the wall back at the station afterwards… I’m betting those firefighters could not stop themselves from going up and down the pole again and again.
