Tomorrow Unlimited Unveils Inaugural Event in NYC and LA

Describing the event as, “a multidisciplinary salon-style conference,” Tomorrow Unlimited will launch its inaugural event on Friday, the first “Creators Series,” set for this weekend in New York City and next weekend in Los Angeles. In the words of the new organization, backed by Tribeca Enterprises, “The Creators Series has been designed as the premiere outlet for the convergence of international creative talent, and as a platform to support optimism and idealism in arts and culture.” “Creatures of Tomorrow” will include Nieto, Gareh Pugh, and Matt Pyke, while “Performers of Tomorrow” will include Pop Levi and Handsome Furs. Those participating under the description of “Sustaining Change creators” are Jennifer Leonard and Sarah Rich, while Paul “Moose” Curtis and Graffiti Research Lab are listed as “The New Urban Interventionists.” And finally, “Social Interfaces” creators include Jonathan Harris, ReacTable, and Theo Watson. In New York (June 8 – 10) events are anchored at The Altman Building, while in Los Angeles (June 14 – 17) the homebase is The Rec Center).
