Internet and Film… COLLIDE
Internet and Film... COLLIDE
As part of Internet Week in New York, IFP and IndieGoGo teamed up for “Internet and Film Collide,” which included a screening at the IFC Center, a panel at the Apple Store SoHo, and a party at Chinatown Brasserie. Here are some pics from Sunday’s events:
(The SRO panel at the Apple Store, featured – left to right – Alex Johnson from Deep Focus, Saskia Wilson Brown from Current TV, Janet Brown from Cinetic Rights Management, filmmaker Brendan Choisnet, and acclaimed indie film producer Ted Hope. The panel chatted about the future of indie film, with regard to new media and technology.)
(At the party later that night, indieWIRE editor Eugene Hernandez and Filmmaker magazine editor Scott Macaulay, catch up.)
(IndieGoGo chief Slava Rubin hosted a fine shindig at Chinatown Brasserie on Sunday night. Here he is with documentary filmmaker Robin Hessman.)
