One commenter noted the intense activity surrounding the issue right now, noting, “For the first time in a very long time, the energy is palpable, it’s in the news, and it’s got real momentum… There has to be some landmark legislation passed, or a Supreme Court decision, that affirms how completely unconstitutional and horrible this is.
