KOCH Entertainment Distribution announced that its New Media division, KOCH Digital, will be making its library of independent home video available for purchase and download on the iTunes Store. KOCH, one of the largest US suppliers of independent video programming specializing in a host of genres such as fitness, foreign films, horror, documentaries, TV, special interest, classics, children’s, anime, and independent films, will be making over 2,600 hours of video content available to iTunes customers. “Making key titles from our home video library available on iTunes helps position KOCH as the premiere independent aggregator in the digital distribution space with the broadest distribution network of any independent,” said Michael Rosenberg, President of KOCH Entertainment Distribution, in a statement. “KOCH Digital is now the leading independent digital distributor for both audio and video content.” [Peter Knegt]
