and there is way too much to do! Of course, everybody is excited around here as we try to lock-in our schedule and decide on who we want to come to the Fest! Of course, I cannot tell you any of that right now, but stay tuned for some fantastic updates that will have you jumping out of your seat!
For now, I’m working on quite a few things outside of FFF. For one, the radio station I am promotions director for, WPRK 91.5fm, is working on bringing in some big-name hip-hop artists to town in the spring.
I am also pretty pumped for the Harvest of Hope music festival going down in the beginning of March at St. Augustine. Since Langerado was canceled due to sluggish ticket sales, Harvest of Hope has been picking up quite a few acts while others are booking shows for Orlando. Personally, I’m excited about seeing Lucero, Modest Mouse, and the Bouncing Souls. Since I have to spend my spring break here at FFF, I figured I would indulge and go to as many Orlando shows as possible.
However, for the time being I’ll be working away here at FFF three times a week. I have to say, I am really excited for Che Part One & Two, which is going to be playing at Enzian in mid-February. I’ve always loved radicals and I think this film is not going to disappoint.
Until next time!
