As their Centerpiece Premiere, Los Angeles Film Festival will screen Michael Mann‘s John Dillinger flick “Public Enemies” starring Johnny Depp and Christian Bale.

Seven world or U.S. preems make up the Narrative and Doc competitions, including — for the first time — some international pics.

In the Narrative Competition:

In the Doc Competition:

“After the Storm,” Hilla Medalia

“Bananas!*,” Fredrik Gertten (Sweden)

“Branson,” Brent Meeske

“Convention,” AJ Schnack

“The Last Beekeeper,” Jeremy Simmons

“October Country,” Michael Palmieri, Donal Mosher
