South Asian Film Festival Unveils Doc Line up

New York’s South Asian Film Festival will open with three documentaries on Saturday, October 31st with Senain Kheshgi and Geeta Patel’s “Project Kashmir” about two American friends from opposite sides of the divide who investigate the war in Kashmir. Nasir Khan’s “Made in Pakistan” unfolds in “the most dangerous place in the world,” as labeled by a cover story that ran in Newsweek in 2007, while Kaushik Mukherjee’s “Love in India” explores the way passion is perceived in India.
