The Toronto critics were a nice change of pace from “Hurt Locker”-mania in their annual awards, giving best picture to “Hunger” and “Inglourious Basterds” in a tie. Additionally inspired was Nicolas Cage’s win for “Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans.” Get the full list of winners below.

Best Supporting Performance, Male: Christoph Waltz, “Inglourious Basterds”

Best Director: Kathryn Bigelow, “The Hurt Locker”
