Kathryn Bigelow’s Iraq War drama “The Hurt Locker” has been named the most critically acclaimed film of 2009 according to the review website Metacritic. The site also honored “35 Shots of Rum” as the year’s best foreign language film and “The Beaches of Agnes” as the year’s best documentary. The year’s worst film?
