The popular and vital documentary screening series, Stranger Than Fiction, kicks off its Spring 2010 season on April 6 with Steven Soderbergh’s acclaimed new Spalding Gray portrait And Everything Is Going Fine. Plus, Soderbergh is scheduled to attend the screening for a Q&A, which is big news because he was unable to attend previous festival screenings at Slamdance and SXSW (where I heard it was quite good). The rest of the Spring 2010 schedule has been announced, and it’s packed with great selections you must sample. The remainder of the Spring line-up includes:
April 13: Horses, directed by Liz Mermin
April 14: Family Affair, directed by Chico Colvard
April 20: The Kids Grow Up, directed by Doug Block
April 27: Cleanflix, directed by Andrew James and Joshua Ligairi
May 4: Pin Gods, directed by Larry Locker
May 11: Life 2.0, directed by Jason Spingarn-Koff
May 18: My Perestroika, directed by Robin Hessman
May 25: Man With a Moving Camera, directed by Dziga Vertov
June 1: Haynesville, directed by Gregory Kallenberg
June 8: Closing Night Film TBA
