Sean Stone, son of Oliver Stone, has signed a deal with the Robert Evans Company and Henri Kessler’s Pacific Transmedia Corporation to finance “Secretstone,” his first full-length feature film. Pacific Transmedia will also get first-look rights to Sone’s next three films.
“Secretstone” is set in a psychiatric hospital, said to be haunted due to its cruel and unusual treatment of patients. The budget is set at around USD $2 million, and Stone’s father will be making a cameo, as will Monique van Vooren. The film stars Sean Stone, Alexander Wraith, and Antonella Lentini. Production will begin in New Jersey this July. [Caitlin Nascher]
