Luxembourg & Little Film

One of Europe’s smallest countries is represented in the Cannes Market in a big way, fittingly through a new deal with LA-based sales company the Little Film Company. Luxembourg’s Iris Productions is bringing four new films to buyers on the Croisette, through Little Film, including Luxembourgian Academy submission “Réfractaire,” dark comedy “Life for Sale,” drama “A Thousand Oceans,” and children’s animation “Globi and the Stolen Shadows.” Of these, “Réfractaire” especially should generate significant interest, as its lead, Grégoire Leprince-Ringuet, also stars in two Cannes Competition titles this year: Gilles Marchand’s “L’Autre Monde,” and Bertrand Tavernier’s “La Princesse de Montpensier.” For more information, visit the Little Film Company’s website.
