SF's Frameline Fest Announces "Anne Lister" and "Howl" as Open/Close

The full schedule of Frameline 34, the 34th run for San Francisco’s LGBT film festival has been announced. BBC’s lesbian biopic “The Secret Diaries of Miss Anne Lister” will open the fest. The closing night film is Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman, which stars James Franco in the Allen Ginsberg biopic.

Other highlights at the fest include: Cheryl Dunye’s “The Owls” and Javier Fuentes-León’s “Undertow (Contracorriente).”
