SXSW Opens PanelPicker Interface For 2011

South by Southwest (SXSW) opened the PanelPicker interface today, and is now accepting programming proposals for the March 2011 event. The PanelPicker is an interactive interface that allows the SXSW community to submit and vote on ideas for Music, Film, and Interactive Conference activities, such as panels, presentations, discussions etc. PanelPicker™ participation, along with SXSW Advisory Boars and staff, will help determine the event’s programming.

PanelPicker is a two-part online process. The first step invites proposal submissions online at from June 15th-June 19th. The second step allows the community to rate the proposals, and will take place in August. [Emily Kaplan]
