As my final blog contribution of the summer, I offer a nice treat: The entire first episode (3 weeks before it airs on TV) of Showtime’s “The Big C,” dark comedy about living with cancer that stars Laura Linney (!!), Oliver Platt (!) and Gabourey Sidibe (!!!) and I can only assume is on many a person’s list of most anticipated new shows coming out this year. Sadly, I can’t watch it from my current Canadian location (and neither can you, six Canadian readers), but for all you Americans out there, enjoy:
