Toronto 2010 | En Route

Well, this has been a fun day already. Bumped from my morning flight at JFK, re-booked at LGA, bag was lost within the bowels of JFK, missed car to LGA due to quest for bag, re-booked on later flight at JFK, and waiting now for my flight. I love travel. I also got to experience the variable nature of customer service which ranged from incredibly helpful to “oh my god how do you still have a job?!” All is sorted, it seems, and I am now killing time as I wait for for my flight.

While I head out to YYZ, please enjoy the great Canadian band Rush and their live version of YYZ, perhaps the nerdiest/ most rocking homage to an airport ever recorded. I loved this band when I was 10 years old. It’s fun to be a dork. I’ll be blogging daily from the Toronto Film Festival, so please check in for film reviews and more. And now….drum solo!
