Talking To Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross About "The Social Network"

Here’s a bunch of audio clips to go along with this interview up on indieWIRE, where I profiled “The Social Network” composers Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross (who are now Golden Globe nominees and if there’s any justice in this world are heading Oscar way):

As a little disclaimer to these, I’m a ridiculous Nine Inch Nails fan from way back. I accidentally got “The Downward Spiral” from the Columbia House Records Club when I was 10 and was obsessed ever since: In Grade 6, I got kicked out of music class when I did my class project (we had to pick a song and dissect it) on “Closer”; In high school I literally had a wardrobe that rotated solely between the dozen NIN t-shirts I owned; I slept outside a record store to get “The Fragile” in 1999; And their 2000 show at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto was my very first concert and an event I anticipated with more eagerness than essentially anything else in my adolescence. So clearly this interview was very nerve racking (note that I cut most of own trembling voice from the audio), but I figured I’d share the fruits of my labor in full.
