Grauman’s Chinese Theater to change hands

Grauman’s Chinese Theater, the iconic Hollywood landmark, is being sold to former nightclub operator Elie Samaha and producer Don Kushner. Samaha and Kushner are buying the theater, along with the Mann Chinese 6, from Warner Bros. and Viacom Inc. What will become of the beloved movie house? Could it transition into…a nightclub? Dimension Films buys “The Greys”

Dimension Films, part of the Weinstein Company, has purchased “The Greys,” a sci-fi thriller, with Spanish director F. Javier Gutierrez set to direct. Gutierrez, who gained notice with “Tres Dias (Before the Fall),” will tackle his first English-language film. Click here to learn more from /Film.
