Improves Festivals’ Communication and Logistics

Many big and small film festivals’ energy continues to be drained by battling the headaches of internal communication, data management, planning, organization, and logistics.

Festival organizers looking for a tool to overcome these challenges should check out the new Eventival 2.0 festival management software produced by Eventival, the company created two years ago by veteran festival organizers Tomas Prasek and Dawna Cha. Eventival set for itself an ambitious goal – to create an online application that would become every festival’s Swiss knife, handling all personal and film data and letting the festival staff benefit from an exhaustive list of features from film programming, online submission system, creating festival publications to hospitality logistics.

The Eventival software is already used by 24 film festivals and other organizations in 17 countries, and its founders are presenting the system in Cannes to those who believe that time has come to professionalize their event to face the ever-increasing competition and learn how to get the beast a film festival is under control.
