A jury headed by Lee Chang-Dong has decided that Jeff Nichols’ “Take Shelter” is best-in-show at the Cannes Film Festival’s 50th Critics’ Week.
The film – which stars Michael Shannon and Cannes’ it girl Jessica Chastain – took the Grand Prize at the program. It also took the SACD prize for best screenwriting.
