– According to his Drive director, Nicolas Winding Refn, Ryan Gosling will work on a film with Terrence Malick after the actor completes Refn’s Only God Forgives. Here’s ThePlaylist’s investigation of this potentially awesome news.
– Ghostbusters star Dan Aykroyd hints that Ghostbusters 3 should start filming in the spring of 2012, though it may be without Bill Murray. In his Dennis Miller Show interview Aykroyd said that his upcoming character will be blind in one eye and unable to drive the Cadillac. He also said that this will be an opportunity for an incorporation of a younger cast, “We need young blood and that’s the promise. We’re gonna hand it to a new generation.” Of his Ghostbusters co-star, Aykroyd said:
Yes, we will be doing the movie and hopefully with Mr. Murray…We have an excellent script. What we have to remember is that Ghostbusters is bigger than any one component, although Billy was absolutely the lead and contributed to it in a massive way…”
